How to apply

The Trust welcomes funding applications for projects which provide live musical, theatrical or visual arts experiences for young people living in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Priority is given to participative projects which target the most disadvantaged groups and work towards reaching new audiences, especially groups who may not otherwise have access to the arts.

There is no application form, but your proposal should include:

  • Who you are
  • What you want funds for
  • General information about suggested participants
  • Where you will be delivering the project
  • Guidance on scheduling, including any proposed dates The total budget for your project
  • A statement of your financial position, including existing sources of finance. You may be asked later to provide a set of accounts.

We aim to make the application process as simple as possible. If you feel that your project meets our guidelines please send your proposal and budget to info@chiverstrust.org.uk

Please do not send videos, DVDs, CDs, or bulky reports, a PDF document that can be circulated to the trustees is sufficient.

Applications can be made at any time. Each project proposal will be considered on its own merits. There are no closing dates and all applications should receive an initial response within six weeks.
